Matka Workshop Day Digital 2021 on Thursday 20 May, is the largest travel trade event in the Northern Europe. You meet potential business partners in pre-scheduled 15 minutes meetings. In Meet Finland Finnish service providers meet international tour operators and in Global Workshop international suppliers meet buyers from Finland and Northern Europe, as well as from all over the world.
All participants are subject to pre-registration and validation.
Matka Workshop Day Digital 2021 will be an online event. Meetings will be held between 9:10 and 17:00 (Finnish summer time; UTC +3) with two breaks. It is possible to block slots in your calendar if you are available for meetings only part of the day. For detailed schedule, please click to 'Programme' tab. Meeting calendars are open.
Technical requirements for video conferencing:
A desktop or laptop computer with camera and microphone,
high-speed internet connection and
latest version of Chrome or MS Edge browser.
How to participate?
In Matka Workshop Day Digital 2021 you have the opportunity to introduce your company in 15-minutes one-on-one video conferences. Meetings can be requested both ways: suppliers from buyers, media, or event partner, and vice versa. It's in the power of the person to whom meeting is suggested, to accept or decline a request.
How much does it cost?
Cost of Supplier participation in Matka Workshop Day Digital 2021 is:
960 euro + VAT
Participation includes a virtual table, two sales representatives, one company profile, two person profiles, two calendars (can be combined, if needed), use of meeting booking tool and supplier report package, i.e. who visited your profile and their actions there.
Private supplier lounges also available on Thursday 20 May between 8 and 18:00 hours at the price or 1,600 euro + VAT. Up to 10 buyers can enter the lounge at the same time to watch your presentation or to have chat with you. You can specify when you are available and assign two lounge representatives different from the persons who have one-on-one meetings. Invitations to enter the lounge can be sent through the matchmaking system.

Participating as a Buyer - company representatives only
Buyer participation is for tour operators, travel agents, OTAs and distribution channels who are looking for new products and destinations, and are involved in initiating or authorizing purchasing decisions on travel-related products and services. They can register as Buyers free of charge. All registrations are subject to validation. Online participation only.
